Please note, you MUST be 18 years or older to volunteer with HSSC.

All persons that volunteer with HSSC must sign a release of liability prior to orientation.


Currently we are looking for the following specialized volunteers.

Board of Directors:  The movers and shakers of HSSC.  Be one of the decisions makers!  Planning, budgeting, project planning, adoptions.  This is a working Board of Directors – Not only making the decisions, but carrying them out too.  We have several openings.  Like all our other jobs, these are volunteer positions.

Fundraising and Event Planning:  We usually have several events planned, but not enough volunteers to help obtain donations, work events, and help promote events.

Office and clerical support:  Answering phones, paper filing, all that kind of stuff.
